Having a personal growth plan is absolutely essential to having the life we aspire to have. I enjoyed success professionally at times, personally at times and spiritually at times. Once I realized that my growth was circumstantial and sometimes accidental I knew I needed to become intentional about my growth. Once I developed my personal growth plan and put it in to action my life has become overflowing with passion and fulfilment.
I have over 15 years of experience leading people, teams and an organization. As a leader my personal philosophy was to always grow myself to become a better leader as well as grow the people around me so they are ever more effective then me. Once I realized that by developing leaders to develop other leaders around me I knew that our team would be unstoppable and success was achieved. My goal as a leader is transformation growth first and foremost.
My single largest driving force in my life is being a father and husband that grows strong relationships. I see being a parent and being a leader very similar and share many of the same attributes needed for success.
In 2012 I became sick with Graves disease and was introduced to food as nutrition. I could not stand bland healthy food so I set out to learn how to make food healthy and actually want to eat it. I am constantly finding new ways to infuse flavor with nutrition to enjoy life fully and have longevity. My energy levels have never been higher.

I keep faith not because I am perfect or even strive for perfection but rather because I know that I am not perfect and my weaknesses allow others to shine. God gave us beautiful weaknesses to allow the strengths of others to shine
